During these unprecedented times, we understand that our healthcare workers are going above and beyond to help keep us safe. Each week we will be honoring a FranU graduate who is currently on the front line of our healthcare system. This week we are honoring Madelyn Stuntz!
Madelyn Stuntz graduated with honors from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University’s School of nursing on April 27th, 2020. She was one of many graduates to participate in a historic drive thru graduation in response to the Covid 19 pandemic. Madelyn was an active member in the Student Government Association, acted as a student ambassador, and is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau National Nursing Honors Society. She now works on the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys rock climbing, scuba diving, traveling, baking, and reading her critical care textbooks.
Thank you Madelyn for all that you’ve done to help during these difficult times!
