BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo’s Boo at the Zoo

BOO AT THE ZOO, PRESENTED BY HANCOCK WHITNEY

The Zoo is thrilled to host our most popular event of the year – Boo at the Zoo – October 22, 23, 29 and 30!  By popular demand, treats will be available for children to pick-up upon departing their Zoo adventure and we encourage creative costumes for all guests to create a merry-not-scary experience!

The Zoo will have fall activities, photo opps, character meet and greets & animal enrichments throughout the day. We hope you can make it to this fall family tradition for all ages! Boo at the Zoo!

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• October 22, 23, 29 and 30
• Zoo admissions gate open 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m./Zoo grounds close at 5 p.m.
• Regular Zoo admissions apply & free for Zoo Members.
• Capitol City Produce Pumpkin Patch . Every child 12 and under receives a mini pumpkin to take home at the end of their Boo @ the Zoo Adventure!
• Halloween costumes are encouraged for all guests. We love to see your imagination and festive ideas!
• Traditional Fall & Halloween themed structures & pumpkins will be sprinkled throughout the zoo for festive photo opportunities.
• Holiday-themed enrichments will be provided to the Zoo’s animal friends throughout the day.
• The Zoo will offer regular café service, as well as additional vendor-sold refreshments in the Food Court.
