TAKE A WALK DOWN MEMORY AISLE WITH AUTHOR JULIE STERNBERG!

 

Join us at the Main Library at Goodwood, 7711 Goodwood Blvd., at 3 p.m. Sunday, August 1, for the FREE “Walk Down the Memory Aisle” event featuring award-winning author of the best-selling book Like Pickle Juice on a Cookie, Julie Sternberg!

 

The event also will include an exhibit of Goudchaux’s memorabilia, photos, and items from the Library’s Baton Rouge Room Archives. An online display of Goudchaux’s history is accessible from the Library’s home page. Sternberg will share stories from the stores’ past, describing what it was like to grow up as a child whose family owned and ran them!

 

About the Author & Summer of Stolen Secrets

Julie Sternberg is the award-winning author of the best-selling Like Pickle Juice on a Cookie; its sequels Like Bug Juice on a Burger and Like Carrot Juice on a Cupcake; The Top-Secret Diary of Celie Valentine series; and the picture books Puppy Puppy Puppy and Bedtime at Bessie and Lil’s.
